TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(i) Click4Tax will prepare your personal tax return and all supporting schedules as necessary for the relevant tax year.

(ii) Click4Tax will not provide any tax advice or any other service unless agreed in writing beforehand.

(iii) The fixed fee tax return service does not include preparation of self-employed accounts.

(iv) You will undertake to provide us with all information necessary to complete the return, in sufficient time for us to be able to meet the agreed time limit.  You must ensure that information supplied is accurate and complete.

(v) You will provide the information for preparation of your tax return by email, fax or post.  If Click4tax needs further information or clarification you should supply this as soon as possible, or we may need to charge an additional fee.

(vi) After completion of the Tax Return Click4Tax will require payment of the agreed amount before the Return is sent to you for approval.

(vii) The amount payable will have been calculated on the fixed fee basis, however Click4Tax reserve the right to amend this, if the details of the Tax Return were incorrectly entered at quotation.

(viii) Payment shall be made on-line, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

(ix) Click4Tax will return any original documents to you following preparation of your return.  You should retain them for 7 years from the 31 January following the end of the tax year.  This period may be extended if the Inland Revenue enquires into your tax return.

Retention of records

(x) It is our policy to destroy correspondence and other papers in our files which are more than 7 years old, other than documents which we think may be of continuing   significance.

(xii) We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly.  Prompt communication enables us to take prompt action on your behalf.

(xiii) Click4Tax will not be responsible for any losses, penalties, surcharges, interest or additional tax liabilities arising from the supply by you or others of incorrect or incomplete information, or from the failure by you or others to supply any appropriate information or your failure to respond promptly to communications from me or the tax authorities.
